88kx Terms and Conditions

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 88kx and use the platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You are registering under your own identity and the information provided is accurate and truthful.
• You are not subject to any legal restrictions imposed by any country or region.
• You are using this platform voluntarily and entirely of your own free will.
• You do not already have another active account on 88kx.

1.1 Registration Process

When opening an account, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email address, and password. Registering with false or incorrect information may result in the account being closed at any time and any balance held in the account being forfeited.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account on 88kx. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds will not be refunded. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits is specifically prohibited.

2. Account Verification & Security

88kx reserves the right to verify the identity of all users on the platform. To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity, you may be asked to submit an identity document or other supporting documents at any time.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

If you wish to withdraw above a certain amount, or if suspicious activity is detected on your account, 88kx may request your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is completed.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. If someone else uses your account or you suspect unauthorized access, notify 88kx support immediately. You are advised to change your password regularly and to use a strong password.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

4. Bonuses & Promotions

88kx offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Accepting these bonuses will be subject to the following conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Maximum bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳32,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = after ৳15,000 in wagers, bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once.
• If a withdrawal is requested before meeting the bonus requirements, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Special promotions may have their own separate terms — please read the details of each offer carefully.
• 88kx reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets and playing games on the 88kx platform.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets already placed remain valid even if your internet connection is lost.
• If the outcome of any bet or game is uncertain due to a technical error, 88kx will review the situation and make a decision.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.

5.2 Sports Betting

• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than one year).

7.2 Closing Your Account Yourself

You may request to close your own account at any time. Upon request, any remaining balance (provided wagering requirements have been met) will be returned to your registered payment method.
